East Village

The East Village is designed and co developed by Urban Vision. The site is a 2 acre blighted area near The Ohio State University. We are redeveloping this site into a mixed use residential apartments, retail, and office complex. The project is expected to be complete in 2009 and will house over 80 units. This will be one of the largest privately developed projects in the area.
